Meaning of Preamble

Importance of Preamble

Our-Constitution begins with the Preamble. It is a very important part of the Constitution and it is a short introduction to the constitution. It shows light on the source, nature, aims and objectives of Our-Constitution.

Preamble is Nonjusticeable means it can’t be enforced in a court of law or we can’t approach the law of court if some objectives mentioned in the preamble are not fulfilled. It begins with the words, ‘We the People of India’, are the source of Our-Constitution.
